International Delivery 

Shipping to all other international destinations is $15.00 via International Shipping.

Dispatch Time

 

We aim to have all orders shipped the same day if placed before 2:00pm (AEST).

 

Please allow up to 48 hours for your orders to be dispatched during sale and holiday periods.

 

Tracking 

 

Once your order is packed and en route to you, we will send you an email with a tracking number with tracking instructions.

 

Delivery

 

If you are not home at the time of delivery, your parcel may have been: 

• redirected to the post office and you have been left a calling card; or
• left at a safe location at your address.

 

Please check your tracking to locate your parcel.
If your parcel has been redirected to your local post office, you can collect your parcel with a Photo ID.
